Holley by the Sea is minutes away from the beautiful sugar white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It is located between Pensacola and Ft Walton Beach Florida. The community entrance and recreation facilities are directly on US Hwy. 98 approximately 3 miles west of the Navarre Beach Bridge or Hwy 87 in Santa Rosa County. Holley by the Sea Improvement Association has been established since 1972. The Association is managed by a licensed community association manager, with a five-member elected board of directors making policy for the association. The Association has approximately 4,722 property owners living all over the world. The community encompasses some 4 square miles of land with most lots being about a 1/2 acre.
